1-Minute Motivators Terms & Conditions of Purchase

You are now purchasing access for one (1) person to use the 1-Minute Motivators. By purchasing access to 1-Minute Motivators, you hereby agree to these 1-Minute Motivators Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of 1-Minute Motivators and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these 1-Minute Motivators Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these 1-Minute Motivators Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Payment Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for 1-Minute Motivators in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method.

Refund Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, there are no refunds for 1-Minute Motivators, without exception.

Access

Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, you will have access to 1-Minute Motivators for one full year from your purchase date. After one year we reserve the right to charge a nominal maintenance fee in order for you to retain access to the  content.

There is no Lifetime Access (as defined in the Terms) to 1-Minute Motivators.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Terms remain in full force and effect.
